We normally love going here for supper on the weekends but the last couple of times have been really disappointing. The gravy is not as good as it used to be and the au jus for the beef dip was terrible. It honestly tasted like they had opened a container of beef broth and heated it up. No longer have pickles available for the burgers? Really 🙄 The only good part is the service is always top notch, but we probably won't return again unfortunately.....The food quality has just gone downhill.

I have at least eaten at 4 different Ricky's but this is by far the best have seen so far.Very welcoming and charming people.The lady took care of my little one's meal as it was his birthday today.Loved it.

I love the atmosphere and for the most part the food is great. The only issue I have is my eggs. I order soft and never get them that way. Today one was medium and one was hard. I understand they're busy, but I think an all day breakfast place could master soft eggs.

Okay so usually don’t complain but in this case I think it’s needed, so I ordered the mushroom Swiss beef dipper it was the dryest sandwich I’ve ever had, the dip for it was so watery had no flavour and added nothing to the sandwich, the fry’s were such a small portion over salted, and the restaurant was so dirty it actually was concerning the floor had a chunk of sausage, dirty napkins along with other pieces of food and gunk on the floor. All together sad experience when I was looking forward to this evening out. And it wasn’t even busy there

This one did not have bison burgers but on the weekend they have a prime rib dinner. It was great.... Once I got the dessert... It won.

I ordered dinner for my family to go "2 adults, 3 children" the food was alright, nothing special but edible for sure. My issue was the pasta we ordered for our daughter we asked for a child portion of pasta with butter and parmesan on the side. The pasta for my daughter was $8 for a very small portion. It was also overcooked so our daughter didn't eat it. I'm not sure at what point someone would look at this and say " $8 for that!" That's ridiculous and our customers deserve better than this. Nope see that $100+ order? Add $0.01 worth of pasta and charge them $8 for it.

This Ricky's location is great! I usually come here for breakfast at least twice a month and they're always super respectful about us staying extra time and always great with refills. The service is top notch not too mention the food quality.

The "Works" omelette was again excellent. One of the best omelettes in St. Albert. Service was good too. We will be back.

Good breakfasts, I especially enjoy the interior design! The restaurant is eye catching as the food is tasty.

We went here for dinner. It was relatively busy. Our server was great, she even kept our drinks full. Food was good also. Just had a turkey club and fries.

The food was lacking any sort of flavor, menu seemed very limited. Normally we like Ricky's, but this one isn't up to par. We won't be stopping there again.

Oh my god! the burger literally melts in your mouth. It was like a dream. I love Ricky's in general but this one is awesome! quick and affordable with zero compromise on quality.

I always get the grand forks breakfast because the food is almost more than you can eat for a good price! Great service never rushed out either. My favorite breakfast spot.

The food is good, they always take care of the small children quickly. We enjoy Sunday brunch there.

Very impressed of the breakfast options available. Had the breakie bowl. Boyfriend had the chicken and waffles. Decent portions and delcious. Super friendly staff! Would go again to try their other breakfast items.

Accommodated a very large group without a reservation. The chicken bacon flatbread was delicious!

The food was very tasty and well done. The price for portion was also very good. Service was lack luster though. She forgot many things and was also slow with things we requested, BUT, it was New Years Day and I'm sure she was up late before so I would give her the benifit of the doubt.

We ordered the turkey dinner...it came without cranberry sauce, which makes the dinner for us, we ordered lemon cello cake and it was frozen solid..pretty upsetting, when the cake was $8.95 a slice. You think for that price they could thaw it out before sending it out....very disappointing meal, ordered through skip the dishes ...I won’t order from Rickys St. Albert again.

We have eaten at all the Ricky's in Edmonton, and this is always the best for breakfast.

I waited like 30 seconds to be seated, and my coffee arrived about a minute later. Very fast!! The server was very welcoming and friendly, and also offered me today's paper right after I placed my order. (Which also arrived very quickly, less than ten minutes!) The food tasted excellent, and I definitely recommend making a stop here if you're nearby with an appetite!! I know I'll be back!!

Kids love the treasure-chest of toys! Always great food and friendly staff! They even blew the snow of my truck while we were inside one day when there was a blizzard.

I haven't had a problem with Ricky's anywhere yet. Excellent coffee and my request to put the sauce on the side was honored properly. The whole fam left quite full.
